"CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1 (Purpose)

Article 2 (Definitions)

Article 6 (ID and Password)1. "Article 7 (Request for and Return of Registration and Management Expenses)

CHAPTER V PROVISION OF SERVICES, ETC."

"Article 21 (Notification to ""members"")

"Article 22 (Restrictions on Use, etc.)

7.If the use of “service” is restricted or the contract is terminated under this section, “Monkey VPN” shall be notified under section 21 [notice to “members”].
8.Members may file an appeal under procedures established by Monkey VPN for restrictions on use under this section.If ""Monkey VPN"" recognizes that the objection is justified at this time, ""Monkey VPN"" immediately resumes the use of ""service""."
CHAPTER VI PROTECTION AND DISCITION OF PERSONAL TRANSFER
"Article 23 (Duty to Protect Personal Information)

3.The personal information provided may not be used for any purpose or provided to a third party without the consent of the member, and all responsibility for this shall be ""Monkey VPN"". However, the following exceptions are made.
1 Where the delivery business entity is informed of the minimum number of “members” information (name, address, telephone number) required for delivery;
2 Where it is necessary for statistical preparation, academic research, or market research, and provides a specific individual in an unidentifiable form;
3 Where it is necessary for the settlement of the price following the transaction of goods, etc.
