"CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this clause is to prescribe the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the Monkey VPN and its members, and other necessary matters, in connection with the use of services provided by the Monkey VPN.

Article 2 (Definitions)

Article 6 (ID and Password)1. "Article 7 (Request for and Return of Registration and Management Expenses)

2.The member must complete, withdraw, or revoke all purchase or sale transaction procedures before notifying the intention to terminate.In such cases, the disadvantages caused by the withdrawal or cancellation of the transaction shall be borne by the member himself/herself."

CHAPTER V PROVISION OF SERVICES, ETC."

"Article 21 (Notification to ""members"")

"Article 22 (Restrictions on Use, etc.)

2” Member” interferes or infringes on other “members” or other rights, honor, credit, or legitimate interests of others;

7.If the use of “service” is restricted or the contract is terminated under this section, “Monkey VPN” shall be notified under section 21 [notice to “members”].
8.Members may file an appeal under procedures established by Monkey VPN for restrictions on use under this section.If ""Monkey VPN"" recognizes that the objection is justified at this time, ""Monkey VPN"" immediately resumes the use of ""service""."
CHAPTER VI PROTECTION AND DISCITION OF PERSONAL TRANSFER
"Article 23 (Duty to Protect Personal Information)
1.The Monkey VPN strives to protect the personal information of the ""member"" as prescribed by the relevant laws such as the ""Orthodox Network Act"". The protection and use of personal information is subject to related laws and the ""Monkey VPN"" personal information handling policy.
2. When “Monkey VPN” collects personal information that can be identified by the “member”, it must be agreed by the “member”.
3.The personal information provided may not be used for any purpose or provided to a third party without the consent of the member, and all responsibility for this shall be ""Monkey VPN"". However, the following exceptions are made.
1 Where the delivery business entity is informed of the minimum number of “members” information (name, address, telephone number) required for delivery;
2 Where it is necessary for statistical preparation, academic research, or market research, and provides a specific individual in an unidentifiable form;
3 Where it is necessary for the settlement of the price following the transaction of goods, etc.
4 Where it is necessary to verify the identity of the person to prevent theft;
5 Where there is an inevitable reason necessary under the provisions of the Act or by Acts;
Where there is a merger, acquisition, comprehensive business transfer, etc. in relation to a six-party company or an affiliated company, it is provided to the party, the party, and the transferee after the merger."
